Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if you received a wrong product, a wrong colour/finish, a damaged or defective product, or a product materially different from its listing. A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required for damage or wrong-item claims. Change-of-mind or personal-preference returns are not accepted. There is no return shipping charge on approved returns. Please submit your request through our Returns & Refunds page.
Payment & Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payment through Razorpay — UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
Is MANISHAWARE available anywhere other than this website?
Yes — MANISHAWARE is also available on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
Material & Care
What material is MANISHAWARE cutlery made of?
Every MANISHAWARE set is made from food-grade SS 410 stainless steel, a hard, rust-resistant grade widely used for cutlery. Coloured sets have a PVD coating; silver sets are mirror-polished steel. Read more in our material guide.
Is MANISHAWARE cutlery dishwasher safe?
Yes — every set is dishwasher safe and made to be used every day, not just admired.
Which size cutlery set should I choose?
