Shipping & Delivery Policy
At MANISHAWARE, we strive to deliver your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read our shipping terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after you receive your order confirmation.
- You will receive another notification with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
- We deliver to almost all pin codes across India through reliable courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, etc.).
- Shipping Charges: FREE shipping on all orders across India.
- Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
- Every order ships gift-ready in a MANISHAWARE branded box with premium gift wrap, at no extra cost.
3. Payment
- All orders are prepaid online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). Cash on Delivery is currently not available.
4. Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- You can track your parcel using the tracking number on the courier partner's website.
5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Parcels
- Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address with landmark and pin code.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply to dispatch it again.
6. Damaged Parcel Upon Delivery
- If the outer packaging is severely damaged or tampered with at delivery, please record a continuous video while opening the parcel.
- Report the issue within 7 days of delivery through our Return Request form at https://manishaware.com/pages/returns with your order number and the unboxing video. See our Refund Policy for full details.
