Shipping & Delivery Policy

At MANISHAWARE, we strive to deliver your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please read our shipping terms below:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email/SMS.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched along with a tracking link.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

We deliver to almost all pin codes across India through reliable courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, etc.).

  • Standard Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days across India.

  • Shipping Charges: Free Shipping on all orders (or nominal shipping charge calculated at checkout depending on ongoing store promotions).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected pin codes across India.

  • Our team or logistics partner may verify COD orders via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatching.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

  • You can track the real-time status of your parcel using the provided tracking number on the courier partner's website.

5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Parcels

  • Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery addresses with landmark and pin code.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply to dispatch the package again.

6. Damaged Parcel Upon Delivery

  • If you notice that the outer packaging is severely damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record a video while accepting/opening the parcel.

  • Please notify us immediately within 3 days of delivery at manishaenterprise1992@gmail.com with your order ID and unboxing video.
